The Rains Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Roof Replacement/Repair to Rains Elementary and Middle Schools. Proposals will be received by the Rains ISD Board of Trustees at the Office of the Assistant Superintendent located at 1759 US-69, Emory, Texas 75440, until September 23rd, 2022. at 1:00 PM. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on September 8th, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Rains ISD Administration Building, 1759 W US HWY 69, Emory, Texas 75440. A site walkthrough will take place immediately following.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Proposals.
By submission of his/her Proposal, Offeror agrees to waive all rights to claims against the District, or persons authorized by the District, for any damages whatsoever arising from the Owner's or said person's evaluation of the Offeror's Proposal and/or qualifications to perform this specified project.
No Offeror may withdraw his Proposal within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
