Information for Prospective College Athletes

If you are planning to play a sport in college, start preparing now.  There's much more to being a college athlete than just having talent.  When college recruiters consider a student as a prospective collegiate athlete for their institution, one of the first things they want to see is your transcript.   Because colleges are evaluated by the number of athletes who graduate, recruiters want to make certain an athlete will be able to perform both athletically and academically.

Please see the RHS Counseling and Career Center to request an official transcript to be sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center at the end of your junior year [six-semester transcript].  The school sends a second official copy of your final transcript upon graduation [eight-semester transcript].
