The 2026-2027 school calendar was approved by the Rains Independent School District Board of Trustees on Monday March 2, 2026.
Key dates:
First day of school- August 4
Last day of school- May 27
Graduation- May 28
-No intervention days scheduled.
Friday school will be conducted by each campus if deemed necessary. Students will be invited and parents will be notified.
