[5/4/23] - This afternoon an ambulance was called to Rains Elementary for a medical emergency involving a student.
Thank you to those on campus who responded quickly as well as EMS responders from the county.

**BASEBALL GAME UPDATE** Due to the weather this evening JV and Varsity Baseball game times have been moved up. JV will play at 3:45 pm and Varsity will play at 6:30 pm.
Senior Night Activities will begin at 6 pm.
**SOFTBALL PLAYOFF UPDATE** Due to the weather tonight's Softball Playoff Game 2 has been rescheduled for Saturday (4/29) at 7 pm in Princeton. Game 3, if needed will be at 9 pm.

Rains ISD is proud to extend congratulations to our Rains High School Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2023!🎓🎉💙
Miss Bangs will be heading to Clemson University in the fall to pursue a major in biology and an eventual Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license. Mr. Guerrero will be attending the University of Texas in Austin to pursue a major in aerospace engineering and an eventual Master’s degree paid for by the Jack Kent Cooke scholarship.
These wildcats, along with their fellow classmates, meet the very definition of hard work and dedication. We look forward to following their journeys and wish them both continued success in the future! #RISDProud
