Rains Independent School District is seeking input from area private non-profit schools interested in accessing ESSA services for the 2025-2026 school year.
Rains ISD will be available for consultation with area PNP’s via meetings scheduled with Lyndsay Hayes, Executive Director of Academics. If interested, please reach out by email to hayesl@rainsisd.org or by phone at 903-473-2222 by May 29, 2025 for more information.

🎉 Track & Field State Qualifier – Pole Vault 🎉
We’re proud to celebrate our Lady Cat, Elizabeth Roan, who earned a spot on the podium at the regional meet and is now headed to state! Elizabeth has had an incredible season so far, breaking the Rains ISD girls’ pole vault record with a jump of 11’ 9”, and now making her second consecutive state appearance. This marks the third year in a row that our Rains Track & Field program has advanced to the state competition. 👏
