Please read the following notice from Superintendent Johnson regarding the smell of gas on the High School campus this morning:
"Dear Parents and Guardians:
Prior to school beginning this morning, the high school building was evaluated by professionals due to the smell of gas. It was determined that there was not a gas leak, but out of an abundance of caution Atmos was also brought in to thoroughly examine the pressure in all lines in the building.
I want to assure you that all students and staff on the campus are safe and we have taken appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the building.
The safety and security of our students and staff is always a top priority.

🏀JH Girls Basketball Tournament on 11/12 has been rescheduled for 1/21.
🏐Lady Cat Volleyball is in the Regional Tournament. Winning Friday night (7pm vs. Atlanta @ Midlothian HS) would mean playing in the Regional Championship match on Saturday at 1pm. Winner of that game goes on to the State Tournament (Final Four)!
🎟Tickets to Regionals are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and sold by the day (link may say 1pm but they are good for all day). Sold online & cash at the gate.
