Yesterday we Hosted our High School District Track Meet and had some Awesome Results!! Advancing 25 Athletes to the Area Meet. This will be held next Thursday, April 10th in Pottsboro.

We want to congratulate Mr. Creech and our RJH band students. They competed at the UIL Region 3 Concert/Sight-Reading Competition and received a superior rating (straight 1s) in the Sight-Reading portion of the contest. Way to go, RJH Band!

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Mr. David Seago, who served as RISD Superintendent from 1997 to 2012. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this difficult time.
His family will be hosting his visitation at Lowe Garder Funeral Home in Quitman tomorrow, March 26, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Lake Fork Baptist Church in Alba on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his leadership and kindness.

A huge shout-out to AJ Soto, who earned Best Performer, Cameron Fouse for All-Star Cast, Colton Mott for Honorable Mention All-Star, and Ben Wilson, who received the All-Star Tech Award.
